We're planning a community clean-up event on Sunday May 5th, 2024. The goal is to address the issue of marine debris and litter in our local waterways and coastal areas while creating a sense of community engagement and environmental awareness.

Here's how you can get involved:

Join the Clean-Up: We're looking for volunteers to join us in cleaning up the Tairua, Pauanui, and Paku wharves, as well as the surrounding beaches. Whether you're passionate about environmental conservation or simply want to give back to our community, your participation would be greatly appreciated.

Sponsorship Opportunities : As we organise this event we’re seeking support from members like you to help make it a success. Your sponsorship could take various forms, such as providing
BBQ items, drinks, prizes for volunteers, or
financial contributions to help cover event costs.
